How to Design a Home that Inspires Wellness & Invokes Joy

Our home environments, when out of control, can make it difficult for us to achieve the goals we have for living well. Wouldn’t it be easier to get excited about healthy meals with an organized and well-planned kitchen? Or to get quality sleep in a bedroom without clothes spilling out of drawers? We are passionate about helping others make changes at home to help them live joyful and healthy lives.

Tip #1: Your Design Must Function as Great as it Feels

When our homes are designed for well-being, our day-to-day activities feel a bit more effortless. If your goal is to prep healthy meals more frequently, keep your kitchen prep space clear and store cutting boards and knives in easy access locations.

We can help you create systems that will support your goals and boost your productivity. We believe in joyful design, organization that celebrates who you are as a person. We want to help you get out the door more easily for that walk and also make sure you have a beautifully organized chocolate drawer.

Tip #2: Your Design Must engage the Senses

When we consider bringing elements that support wellness into our homes, we want to engage our senses.Home should be a haven, a place where your body finds rest. Giving attention to sensory elements will help your mind and body recognize that you are safe and can unwind. We love to end our projects with spotless counters and floors, an arrangement of fresh flowers, and a bottle of bubbly on the counter. We want to invite you to feel calm in your newly organized space and to honor your home as your place of rest.

Tip #3: Your Design Must Give a Nod to Nature

One way to bring soothing elements into your home is to look to nature for inspiration. We love to use organizational elements that bring in natural colors, fibers, and textures to bring some natural warmth to a space. Add a lush houseplant and we're in love!

We've only touched the surface of wellness-inspired design. We love to customize our organization to help our clients reach their goals and are brimming with ideas to bring to your space. Our passion is creating solutions to help you live your best life! If you would like some support creating your healthiest home, we would love to help. Reach out and let's get to know each other.
